Adult Education at First Unitarian

"The first step in seeking happiness is learning" - The Dalai Lama

Welcome!

2010-11 Adult Religious Education Program materials are in preparation and will be appearing here soon. Thanks for your patience. - The Web Staff

The mission of the FUS Adult Education program is to provide a rich An Adult ed class in session. Most are taught by friends and members of the society environment where members and friends of First Unitarian Society can meet and learn together through a variety of structured monthly courses, one-time offerings, classes, forums, guest speakers, and group discussions. The courses focus on five main areas:
  • UU History and Heritage
  • Scripture and Tradition from the Bible and World Religions
  • Theology, Ethics, and Justice
  • Personal Spiritual Development
  • Family Enrichment

We invite you to propose a class for the program! Please use our course proposal form and keep the goals above in mind. We look forward to hearing from you.

AE registration for 2010-11 is not yet open. Please look for it to be on-line in early August.
