We are conveniently located across the street from UW and American Family Children’s hospitals, at the intersection of University Bay Dr. and Highland Ave. We offer annual parking contracts to those who work nearby. Our renters include employees and vendors of UW Health, UW Hospital, the School of Medicine, and others.

Parking is available Monday through Friday from 6 am until 5 pm.
