March 28 & 29 – “Collaboration, Connection, and Community”

with Revs. Kelly Crocker & Douglas Wadkins

Some of the most important work around community and vision happens in the daily practice of how we work together. Patterns of working relationships and the sharing of power help us live into our vision and values. This service will take a look at the findings from the Ministerial Research Task Force and explore the implications of what this means for clergy, staff, and congregants alike. Kelly and Doug will also share their thoughts from their experiment with a more collaborative approach to ministerial leadership. This is an exciting time to think about who we want to be together and what values will shape how we connect and collaborate. Come explore some of the ways that we may work together to be healthy and whole in the years to come at FUS.
