Fighting homelessness in Dane County is a priority for our congregation. First Unitarian Society helps individuals and families in Dane County through our Eviction Prevention Program. This program is funded by donations, which are designated by the congregation year-round and during holiday worship services in December. Small grants are awarded for security deposits or rental assistance. Requests for assistance are made via referral by a social worker at one of our partnering agencies.

Donate directly to the Eviction Prevention Fund by sending a check with “Eviction Prevention Fund” in the memo line to:
