Child Care Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized and caring individual who is interested in a part-time position as a Child Care Coordinator.

Position Description

The Child Care Coordinator (CCC) is responsible for the training, coordinating, and supervising of teen child care providers so that together they may provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children whose parents are involved in FUS worship, religious education, or other events. The CCC should be certified in performing First Aid and CPR on infants, toddlers, and children. She/he should also possess managerial skills. Prompt and appropriate communication is imperative for this position.

Project Coordinator

We’re looking for an individual passionate about project management who is interested in a part-time position as a Project Coordinator.

Position Description

FUS is excited to add a staff member who is engaging, highly organized, technically-skilled, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is passionate about project management. The primary goal of this position is to coordinate stewardship related projects and events, especially those that require the management of our highly capable volunteers. Prominent efforts include an annual pledge campaign, an annual fundraising event, and a planned giving campaign. As volunteers are empowered and new strategic priorities are identified projects may be altered or added. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will administer and organize a diverse array of project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Executive Director, aiming at effective and efficient execution.

Digital Media Specialist

We’re looking for a tech-savvy individual who is interested in a part-time position as a Digital Media Specialist.

Position Description

The primary goal of this position is to run the video and audio digital media boards in the Atrium Auditorium on Sunday mornings during worship service. The services will be live cast by audio and video and recorded for later podcast dissemination. The position is for a minimum of four (4) hours each week, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Part of this permanent part-time position will be working with member volunteers to train them in using the equipment, including running audio controls during worship services.

This is a great job for someone who understands complex digital media controls, who has an eye for good video, understands theater and/or worship services, and is not intimidated by autonomy. The job requires a background in audio and video, good communication skills, reliability, and a pleasant demeanor. The pay is $13 an hour, with a strong likelihood of additional hours depending upon availability.
